Warranty Policy

All Audio Unique products are covered by warranty from manufacturing faults and defects. We will happily repair or replace the item within the warranty period.

Understandably abuse or mishandling of the product will exclude it from warranty.

Do not attempt to repair the problem yourself, but rather give us a call or contact us for assistance. You will be responsible for the freight to Audio Unique and we cover the return freight.

Warranty Periods:

• Cables - 5 years
• Electronics – 24 months
• Optical enhancing fluid – 12 months
• Isolation platform – 24 months

Cable Upgrade Policy

Audio Unique wants you to purchase products, safe in the knowledge that if you wish to upgrade to a higher performing cable in the future, your existing cable is able to be traded in for a better cable.

There is a clear upgrade path and we welcome our users to sample and enjoy our higher performance cabling and to discover what is possible from your existing system.

• Upgrades are available for cables only
• All existing cables must be in good condition and in working order
• Normal wear and tear is accepted, providing that it has not been mistreated
• Audio Unique reserves the right to offer the upgrade upon inspection
• You will be responsible for the freight to Audio Unique and we cover the return freight
